Why Should You Exercise

There are plenty of reasons why a person would not want to exercise. There are other reasons to exercise beyond just the appeal of a body which is physically fit. While it may not be a reason that immediately grabs you due to the long term implications, regular exercise is very good for your health. Most people are aware of the fact that a body toned by exercise stands far less risk of developing health problems such as high blood pressure, heart attacks, diabetes, and other fitness related diseases.


What you may not know is that a healthy body shaped by regular exercise can also work more efficiently to repair damage than an out of shape body. It may seem minor, but what we can see often reflects what we can't.
